Taupō Bay is a magical place, and one of Northland’s world famous beaches. Situated on the northern side of the Whangaroa Harbour, Taupō Bay is accessed from SH10 halfway between Kaeo and Mangonui heading north. The Bay is a renowned surf beach for enthusiasts all over the Northland area.
This charming and well-appointed two bedroom cottage is on right on the beachfront at Taupō Bay with a lovely elevated position and unobstructed views of the beautiful beach and waterfront at this stunning Northland jewel. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard and fully equipped for all your possible needs.
Located opposite the boat ramp at Taupō Bay, it has two separate bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. Additional toilet and washroom adjacent to the second bedroom. We have polished floors so we cannot accommodate pets.

Accommodation
Available for rental on a nightly basis (minimum night stays apply), take the chance to learn why we treasure our beautiful beach property. Views from the deck are breathtaking and unobstructed. The early morning sunrise never fails to delight. Facing north and east you get the warm sun from early in the day and can enjoy the elevated view from the beachfront deck. The boat ramp is opposite and continually draws your attention with the activity of boats to and from the launching area. A few steps from the house and you are on the beach taking the opportunity for a refreshing swim whenever the fancy takes you.
The cottage has everything you need for a beach stay, with a super king bed in the main bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom. Sleeps up to 4 guests.

- From $250.00 per night low season to $550.00 per night in the high season. Minimum stays apply.
- The house comfortably accommodates a maximum of four persons.
- The interior of the house is non-smoking and please, no pets.
- Optional bed linen available on request – charges apply. Please indicate on your booking request if linen is required.
- Mandatory departure clean $95 per stay.
